According to 2 Timothy 2:15, we're admonished to "study" (be diligent) that we may prove ourselves to God, unashamed workman rightly dividing the Word of God.  Prophet Johnson holds fast to that scripture, hence he's posted an array of Periodicals, Academic Journals, Bills, Acts and Laws addressing various subject matters in which the church can't afford to be ignorant of.
